Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

10 H Days 6:45-3:15 pm 1st 2 weeks: 5 - 8 hr days/week for orientation 4-10s, 6:45a-5:15p (primary), 7:30a-6:00p, 9-7:30p 1 weekend month- Cardiac, cardiac transplant and/or Endo vascular call 7:00p Fri 645a Mon 2 hr CVI short call shifts, 1x week 5:15-7:15p 30 min response on call CVI call 1x week 7:00p or 7:30p-6:45a/7a (cardiac/cardiac transplant and/or endovascular)

Cardiac surgery and cardiac transplant surgery Scrubs &/or circulates: Open vascular/endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery.

COVID vaccine required+ booster - Medical exemption acceptable Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable

NATIONAL CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
1-3 years related work experience required. American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate ACLS required
Basic familiarity with computers.
Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday)
