OMO, a subsidiary of Hoag Hospital is partnering with an established and growing Pulmonology practice in Orange County. We are seeking a Pulmonologist to join a reputable Pulmonology group and serve a growing community.

Highlights:

• Competitive compensation package inclusive of a base guaranteed salary from $330k - $350k/year
• Productivity bonus potential based on wRVU production
• Partnership (% of collections) available after 2 years of service
• Inpatient Pulmonology consults available (if desired) at Hoag Hospital (on same campus as clinic)
• Critical Care shifts available at Hoag Hospital (if desired)
• Comprehensive benefit package inclusive of medical, dental, vision, retirement, life, PTO and sick time
• Clinic schedule can be structured based on physician's needs
• Practice schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Currently 5 physicians in the group
• Dedicated and seasoned support staff. 1:1 Physician to MA ratio
• Large existing patient panel. Community continues to grow and there is a need for another physician to provide access

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Pulmonology/Critical Care program
• Active CA medical license or ability to obtain CA medical license
• Board certified or Board eligible in Pulmonology
• Ability to work in the United States
